Zarif hails Lawyers’ offer to redress rights of Mina victims

TEHRAN - In reply to a group of lawyers’ offer to assist the government to redeem the rights of the Iranian pilgrims killed in the Mina crush, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said their expertise is definitely needed for the purpose.

Appreciating the Iranian Bar Association members for their letter, Zarif ensured the lawyers that the Foreign Ministry has been seriously pursuing the case, IRNA reported Wednesday.

The lawyers had in their letter announced their readiness to help the government, especially the Foreign Ministry, to redeem the rights of the bereaved families of the Mina tragedy.
